What we love about this recipe is the flavor. The secret is the seasoning and using boneless skinless chicken tenderloins! They are super tender and shred perfectly for tacos! Y’all are going to love this recipe!
Step 1: Add all seasoning together and toss to combine in a small bowl. Add the seasoning, apple cider vinegar, and avocado oil to a medium bowl with the chicken. Rub together to coat the chicken in the marinade. Add plastic wrap on top and marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Add the marinated chicken to a saute pan over low-medium heat. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken starts to brown. Flip the chicken over and saute for about 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Step 3: Remove the chicken from the pan and shred it with two forks or cut it into small pieces with a fork and knife. Put the chicken back in the pan to soak up any remaining spice and juice.
Step 4: Use chicken for tacos, burritos, Mexican pizza, or taco salads.
Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes to 8 hours in the fridge. Be sure to cover the marinated chicken when it’s in the fridge.
