2 glasses
- 2 cups non-dairy milk or dairy alternative
- 1 cup fresh or frozen mango cubed
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 ripe banana we recommend frozen banana
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup Vanilla protein powder optional
- 2 tbsp chia seeds or hemp seeds optional
- ½ cup ice cubes optional - if using fresh fruit
Blend. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
