Equipment

  • 1 high-speed blender
  • 2 glasses

Ingredients

  • 2 cups non-dairy milk or dairy alternative
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango cubed
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana we recommend frozen banana
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • cup Vanilla protein powder optional
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or hemp seeds optional
  • ½ cup ice cubes optional - if using fresh fruit

Instructions

  • Blend. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
