- 1 cup water or sub with nut milk like oat or almond
- ½ cup blueberries frozen
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp almond butter we like Wild Friends Almond Butter
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 scoop vanilla protein powder
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
Pour into a glass, top with additional flaxseed and cinnamon (optional), and enjoy!
