Ingredients

  • 2 Oranges thinly sliced (about ⅛ to ¼ inches thick)
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  • Thinly Slice Oranges. Use a mandoline to make thinly sliced oranges or use a sharp knife, about ⅛ to ¼ inches thick.
  • Season Orange Slices. Toss the coconut sugar with the spices and salt in a medium bowl.
Pat dry the orange slices to remove excess moisture, add them to the bowl, and generously toss everything together.
  • Bake. Preheat the oven to 200°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay seasoned orange slices flat on the baking sheet leaving a little space between each one.
Bake for 2-4 hours, flipping every 30 minutes to make sure the orange slices don’t burn.
  • Enjoy! Once the oranges are thoroughly dried, remove them from the oven and let them cool completely to room temperature before enjoying.
