- 2 Oranges thinly sliced (about ⅛ to ¼ inches thick)
- 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Ginger
- Pinch of Salt
Thinly Slice Oranges. Use a mandoline to make thinly sliced oranges or use a sharp knife, about ⅛ to ¼ inches thick.
Season Orange Slices. Toss the coconut sugar with the spices and salt in a medium bowl. Pat dry the orange slices to remove excess moisture, add them to the bowl, and generously toss everything together. Bake. Preheat the oven to 200°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay seasoned orange slices flat on the baking sheet leaving a little space between each one. Bake for 2-4 hours, flipping every 30 minutes to make sure the orange slices don’t burn. Enjoy! Once the oranges are thoroughly dried, remove them from the oven and let them cool completely to room temperature before enjoying.
