Raspberry Champagne Cocktail

This Raspberry Champagne Cocktail is fruity, slightly sweet, and very delicious!  It's the perfect drink to make for celebrations.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Honey
  • ½ cup Raspberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup Orange Juice
  • A bottle of Prosecco
  • Garnish with Dried Orange Slice optional

Instructions

  • Make the Raspberry Simple Syrup. 
    In a small saucepan, simmer orange juice with the raspberries and honey until the raspberries start to fall apart and release their juice.
    Strain the mixture and discard the pulp and raspberry seeds.
    Cool for 1 hour before using.
  • Pop the Champagne. 
    Add 2 oz of the Raspberry Simple Syrup to a champagne flute or glass, and fill the rest with bubbly.
  • Garnish & Enjoy! 
    Add a garnish like a Dried Orange Slice for extra flavor, and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftover Raspberry Simple Syrup in an airtight glass in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
