This Matcha Strawberry Smoothie is very simple, packed with nutrients, easy to make, and energizing.  It keeps you full for hours, gives you energy, all while tasting delicious!  It's so good and healthy!

  • 1 cup of water
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder of choice
  • 1 cup or a handful of spinach
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter we recommend plain peanut butter with no additives, such as Wild Friends
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed


  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
