This vegan caramel is nutty, slightly sweet, easy to make, and very tasty! Perfect for any dessert that calls for caramel. Made with natural ingredients, and comes together in about 5 minutes.

To a small saucepan, whisk together all ingredients over medium-low heat until smooth and glossy (about 5 minutes).
Remove from heat and let the caramel cool to room temperature (about 5 minutes). It will thicken like traditional caramel sauce.
Store in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
If the caramel is too thick, place the container in the microwave for about 1 minute, stirring in increments.
