Strawberry Matcha Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice
  • 1 tsp matcha powder of choice
  • 1 cup or a handful of spinach
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter we recommend plain peanut butter with no additives, such as Wild Friends
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed

Instructions

  • Blend it up. To a high-speed blender and add frozen strawberries, liquid of choice (like water), Matcha tea powder, Spinach, Fiber of choice (like creamy peanut butter), and protein powder of choice (optional).
    Blend on high until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed. 
  • Time to Serve. Transfer the smoothie to a glass and enjoy!
