Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew milk or sub 1/2 cup cashew milk and 1/2 cup water to reduce calories
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 frozen banana*
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 2 drops mint flavor
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder We used Orgain Organic Vanilla Protein

Instructions

  • Blend it up. To a high-speed blender, add frozen banana, cashew milk, spinach, 2 drops of mint oil, cacao nibs, and protein powder of choice (optional). Blend on high until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed. 
  • Time to Serve. Add the blended-up smoothie to a glass and enjoy!

Notes

If you use a ripe banana that was not frozen, and the smoothie is thin and not as cold, I recommend adding 1/2 cup of ice to the blender.
