Blend it up. To a high-speed blender, add frozen banana, cashew milk, spinach, 2 drops of mint oil, cacao nibs, and protein powder of choice (optional). Blend on high until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
Time to Serve. Add the blended-up smoothie to a glass and enjoy!
Notes
If you use a ripe banana that was not frozen, and the smoothie is thin and not as cold, I recommend adding 1/2 cup of ice to the blender.
