Preheat the oven to its highest temperature (500-550 degrees F) and place the pizza stone in the middle of the oven, or use a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, add the sweet paprika, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper to the chickpeas and toss to combine, and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix the remaining olive oil with the minced garlic, and another pinch of salt, and pepper, and set aside.
Roll dough onto a floured surface and brush the garlic and olive oil mixture on top.
Peel the zucchini and yellow squash to cut into thin strips and add on top of the pizza.
Add the seasoned chickpeas and cherry tomatoes.
Transfer to the pizza stone and bake for 15 minutes or until the bottom is crispy and golden brown.
While the pizza cooks, make the herbed green goddess dressing.
Remove from the oven and drizzle the herbed green goddess dressing on top. Serve immediately and Enjoy.
Herbed Green Goddess Dressing:Add all ingredients (except water) to a food processor and blend until creamy. Add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until desired consistency. Taste and add more salt or pepper to your liking.
