Ingredients

  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 ½ cups kale leaves stems removed or sub with spinach
  • 1 apple deseeded, chopped
  • 2 tbsp super greens powder optional
  • 2-4 ice cubes
  • ¼ cup vanilla or natural protein powder optional

Instructions

  • Blend. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve. Transfer smoothie to a cup to enjoy!
