Focaccia Genovese

This fluffy pizza dough is transformed and shaped into Focaccia Genovese with extra-virgin olive oil and then sprinkled with flaked sea salt and a generous amount of black pepper .

Ingredients: - flour - yeast - salt - water - olive oil - black pepper

Step 1:  Hydrate the yeast and add to the flour and salt.

Step 2:  Mix and fold into dough to rise.

Step 3:  Shape and place on baking sheet to create dimples and add lots of olive oil and black pepper.
