Ingredients: - all-purpose flour - brown sugar - granulated sugar - butter - eggs - vanilla - salt - baking soda - milk powder - chocolate chips

Step 1:  Mix Wet Ingredients.

Step 2:  Mix in Dry Ingredients.

Step 3:  Add in Chocolate Chips, and Scoop and Bake.

Step 4:  Cool & Enjoy.
