A quick and easy smoothie that keeps you energized throughout the morning, or when you are on-the-go!


  • 1 banana (cut into pieces)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 to 4 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1.5 cup kale leaves (packed)
  • 1 apple (deseeded, chopped)


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
