- 1 banana (cut into pieces)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 to 4 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1.5 cup kale leaves (packed)
- 1 apple (deseeded, chopped)
- Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
