This Immune-Boosting Triple Berry Smoothie is fruity, refreshing, packed with vitamin C, and naturally sweet. It’s immune-boosting, rich in antioxidants, and keeps you full for hours, all while tasting berry-licious!

This smoothie requires 5-ingredients, a blender, and 5-minutes to make! 

The ingredients you need to make this Immune-Boosting Triple Berry Smoothie:

  • Protein – Our go-to protein is Orgain Organic Vanilla Protein Powder.
  • Frozen Mixed Berries, such as raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries (or strawberries) – Rich in vitamin C and antioxidants.
  • Chia Seeds – For plant-based fiber.
  • Orange Juice – For extra vitamin C.
  • Honey – For additional immune-boosting properties and natural sweetness. 

How is this immune-boosting?

  • Raspberries – Are high in fiber and full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
  • Blueberries – Are packed with antioxidants, potassium, and vitamin C.

Ingredients

  1. 1 scoop of protein powder – Our go-to protein is Orgain Organic Vanilla Protein Powder.
  2. 1/2 cup of frozen berries, such as raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries, or strawberries
  3. 2 teaspoon chia seeds
  4. 1 cup of orange juice (or sub 1/2 cup orange juice and 1/2 cup of water to reduce calories)
  5. 1 tablespoon honey (use manuka honey for extra nutritional properties)
  6. Optional – 1 handful of spinach (note, this will change your smoothie’s color, but it will not change the flavor).

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until creamy and smooth. 
  2. Pour into a glass, top with additional flaxseed and cinnamon (optional), and enjoy!
