These Blood Orange Mimosas make a fabulous cocktail to add to the Brunch menu! They are tasty, and the color combo is stunning.
- 10 blood oranges (juiced and strained)
- 1, 750 ml bottle dry sparkling wine (chilled)
- Juice and strain the blood oranges into a large pitcher and keep chilled until ready to serve.
- Add 1 part blood orange juice to a glass and top with one part chilled sparkling wine and served immediately.
